Nicole can't believe EJ chose Sami over her. She starts drinking and sinks into an elaborate, black and white, film noir-style fantasy. Lucas, Sami, EJ and even Philip, Chloe and Morgan are all involved. In it, Nicole and EJ are married, but he is sleeping with Sami. Nicole goes to a private investigator – Lucas – for his help. They discover the other woman is Sami (Lucas's wife). What will fantasy Nicole do about it? John has a fantasy of his own, involving a young Stefano, Santo and even "old" John. What does "old" John tell nuJOhn to do? Marlena's fantasy involves her sister, Samantha. Will Samantha give Marlena the strength to save herself?
