Marlena has left her hospital room and nobody knows where she is. John is freaking out and Lexie has the hospital security team searching for her. Marlena ends up in her office and finds a patient waiting. She has a session with the patient, Dora. As Marlena counsels Dora, she realizes she needs to take her own advice regarding her life. John finds Marlena and tells her he's taking her home, per Lexie's order. They arrive at the mansion and John wants to know what all the crates are doing here. EJ tells him Tony's moved in and he thinks Stefano is getting ready to resurface and stake claim to his empire.
Chelsea found out about the fling between Daniel and Kate. They are meeting at the pub to discuss what actually happened between them. Daniel lays it out for Chelsea. He tells her how he and Kate got together while she was a patient, before they started dating. Daniel was upset about Chelsea's infection and the two of them started talking and one thing led to another. Kate tells her she didn't think her crush on Daniel was serious. Daniel asks Chelsea if they can get past this. Chelsea doesn't know if she can.
Tony and Anna are moving their stuff into the DiMera mansion. Tony wants to be more upfront and assertive in his bid to reclaim his father's empire from John. Numerous crates are delivered and Tony and EJ open them to find boxes of cigars, bottles of Strega – all of Stefano's favorite things. Anna doesn't like this whole situation. She doesn't care about Stefano's money and wants to leave. Tony says no; he's not going to hand over his birthright to John.
