Mia arrived in Salem at just the right moment, at least for Nicole. The young girl was pregnant and planned on giving her baby up for adoption. Despite some obstacles – Mia wanted to meet the potential father was a big one – Nicole talked her into giving the baby to her. In fact, Nicole even delivered the baby girl, who she whisked to the clinic where Sami had also just given birth. Nicole switched Mia's baby with Sami's and christened the little girl Sydney. Meanwhile, Mia headed to Japan. Unfortunately (at least for Nicole), she's back in Salem and clearly missing her baby girl. Maybe her new friend Will can help her figure out her future.
